So what am I working towards? I always make random posts about it, but it’s easier to keep track when I’ve just got a handy dandy page I can click on whenever I need a reminder.
I have maaaaany goals, but concerning my mental and physical health- there are just a few. Well, more than a “few”. But here are the main ones I am working towards!
My current stats are:
CW: 134 whale yay
Be able to run 20 Minutes straight
- Be able to run 30 Minutes straight
- Be able to run 45 Minutes straight
- Participate in marathon of some sort
- Participate in a 10k marathon
- GET STRONG! Tone my tummy/arms/legs
- Exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes.
- Drink only smoothies for one day
- Drink only smoothies for one week! (God my bowel movements will be insane, wut)
- Raw vegan for (at least) one week
